Firstly download the blender tool here.

The download is a zip file. This zip file can be installed as a blender plugin as it is, without unzipping.

Open Blender, then go to edit —> preferences

Select the ‘Add-ons’ tab on the left hand side and press ‘install’ at the top. Navigate to the directory where the blender tool zip file is saved. Click ‘install add-on’. The add on should have successfuly installed and should be visible in the render tab. The tool will appear as ‘All Axis Render Camera’:
